 RZL-II-14 Automatic Refractories Thermal Shock ResistanceTesting Machine     
 
     The equipment is used to test thermal shock resistance property of refractory products, made according to the requirements in YB/T 376.1, DIN 51068-1 Refractory product thermal shock resistance test method -water quenching method. Sample chuck can level spin that is convenient for sample loading and observing the sample end damage. The instrument is also in line with YB/T2206.1-1998, EN 993-11 requirements of refractory product thermal shock resistance test method. This instrument applies to thermal shock resistance testing for refractory product, ceramic, glass and other nonmetallic materials, graphite material, silicate product.        
 
Main technical parameters: (Compressed air flow and water quenching method for choose)
 
       1. Furnace maximum working temperature(oC): 1400 ;
 
       2. Size of Average Temperature zone and temperature difference: based on the sample size, between any two point temperature: ± 2 oC;
 
        3. Temperature accuracy: ± 2oC ; cold material in the furnace temperature rising time: 5 minutes;
 
        *4. Compressed air pressure of compressed air flow: 0.1MP, gas nozzle size: 8 * 5mm;
 
        5. Furnace size; 300 *270 * 160mm (based on users requirements), number of samples: three testing standard bricks;
 
       *6. Temperature of water quenching method: Constant temperature water bath temperature control in 10-50 ºC, the temperature control precision of plus or minus 2 ºC, 0.1 ºC temperature resolution, constant temperature time and temperature can be set arbitrary;

       7. Power supply mode: 3-phase 5-wire, protective ground connection, voltage: 380V/50HZ, maximum power: 15KW;

       8. Siemens PLC can be used to realize automatic control or manual operation. The time setting range is 0-120 minutes and the cycle times are 0-100 times
       9, 12 inch touch screen industrial PC, configuration software display control, provide graphical software interface, Chinese operation. It can display experimental data, set experimental parameters and process control parameters.

      10, with over temperature, break even alarm and protection, emergency stop alarm function.

      11. The integrated design of the whole equipment makes it easy to operate and occupies a small area;
