SQ006 Automatic test equipment of resistance to thermal shock of domestic ceramic ware

It is in line with GB3298-2022 Test method for resistance to thermal shock of domestic ceramic ware, GB/T3810.9-2016, ISO10545-9 on thermal shock resistance of ceramic tile determination request. It uses immersion method and non-invasive method according to the different water absorptions.        

Automatic ceramic thermal shock resistance test chamber, based on the national standard requirements, simple operation, accurate and reliable data, small size. The thermal stability of ceramic products can be tested in time by the test of this index. It can provide necessary technical data for production process and scientific research.

    Simple operation: the tuser only needs to put the sample into the basket, turn on the power switch, and press the button to start the work. The whole test process is completed automatically. After the test, the tuser only needs to take out the sample. Compared with the old instruments, it reduces the complicated and heavy operation in the middle.
