TCY Ceramic tile impact Resistance tester
TCY Ceramic tile impact resistance tester is dropping a steel ball from a fixed height onto the specimen to test its rebound height in testing its recovery coefficient, and through the testing of recovery coefficient ensure impact resistance of different bricks. It is based on the GB/T3810.5-2016, ISO 10545-5 to determine ceramics impact resistance.

Equipment structure:
The instrument is made up of a steel base equiped with horizontal adjusting knob, a vertical steel frame hanged with electromagnet, a pipe and a testing component holder.
Testing component is fixed tightly on the central position that can just make the steel ball drop to the surface of the level ceramic. The distance between pipe bottom and the face under less than 9mm.
Electric time-keeping device, test the time of the first crash and second crash of the ball droping to the specimen with sensor, direct readout the time interval T from Timer.
