DTQ-II Porous ceramics refractory products air permeability tester
The instrument is in line with GB1968-1996 porous ceramics air permeability test method, and GB/T3000-1999 Test method for permeability of tight shaped refractory products, ASTM C577 Standard Test Method forPermeability of Refractories, ISO 8841.
Porous ceramic product air permeability is air cubic number through the 1 cm thick and 1 m2 area porous ceramic product in laminar conditions at ambient temperature and 1 millimeter of water pressure difference.
Test method for permeability of tight shaped refractory products: This method is suitable for measuring the permeability of porous ceramics and refractory products. The permeability of porous ceramics and refractory products refers to the permeability of pressure within 0-4000pa at room temperature.
Equipment composition:
1. Air permeability test device:
Host machine 1set, cylinder (self-provided) 1pc, pressure reducing table 1pc, sample jig 1pc.
2. The sample clamping device shall ensure that the gas can only pass through the sample pores and the gas in the sample jig cannot leak into the sample.
3. Caliper: should be able to measure to 0.01 cm.
Sample preparation:
1. For plate products, it can cut or drill a wafer-shaped sample whose diameter is 30 ± 0.5 mm and thickness is 10 ± 1 mm.
One bottom of sample should be retained the original products working side;
2. For tubular products, it can directly intercept a wafer-shaped sample whose height is not less than 40 mm;
3. The products for which directly sampling is difficult, doing a Φ30 × 10 mm wafer-shaped sample whose material is as same as sample is also viable;
4. Sampling should make the sample breathable direction and product usage direction consistent.
