The digital testing machine is mainly used in testing materials compressive strength, flexural strength with electric motor-driven loading mechanism, realize constant speed loading. It is widely used in testing engineering ceramics, electro-ceramics, daily use ceramics, cement, tiles compression strength. Change fixture, can also testing bending resistance, breaking resistance and other property parameters.

Testing theory:
    First, install with selected pressure jig according to test requirements, adjust top platen according to the height of the pressure jig, place sample inside the pressure. Turn on the power switch, press "load" button, the motor slow down via reducer, drive nut sleeve, rotary motion turns to linear motion, drive pressure sensor, lower platen and pressure up. Begin loading to sample when the pressure contact with top platen, the force transmit to digital display meter via pressure sensor. When the testing sample is broken, digital display keep its maximum value and stop loading.
