SQ007 Automatic Freeze Resistance Testing Machine
SQ007 Automatic Freeze-Thaw Cycling Testing Machine is the dedicated device suitable for measuring the frost resistance of ceramic tiles, instrument in accordance with standard GB/T4100-2015, GB/3810.12-2016 and ISO10545-12:1995 Test methods of ceramic tiles-Part 12:Determination of frost resistance.The machine equipped with touch screen testing system to realize full-automatic anti-freeze testing.
The testing machine is composed of three parts: freezing test chamber, inlet and drainage system, temperature control and automatic test system.
Main technical parameters:
1. Test temperature: -20 ºC to 25 ºC control;
2. Experimental zone volume: 600/600/600(mm);
3. Automatically set the cycle number of tests. Test cycles can be set 0-999;
4. Refrigeration system power: less than 3kw;
5. Putting 3-5 block samples in a group at the same time.
Working conditions
1. Environmental temperature: 0 ~ 40ºC;
2. Power supply: 220V, 50 Hz; 1.5kw.
3. Available inflow water source, the water outlet pipe;
