HFM300 is protect heat plate thermal conductivity apparatus, coefficient of thermal conductivity range 0.007...2.0 W/(m * K), its application field is similar to the heat flow method, is characterized by wide temperature range. Protect heat thermal conductivity meter is suitable for measuring the medium coefficient of thermal conductivity of solid materials, thermal conductivity range 0.1...10 w/(m * K), fast measuring speed, wide measuring range, used in plastics, rubber, sealing materials, ceramic, molten metal and circuit board materials and other fields.
Main features:
HFM300 series thermal conductivity meter is based on the steady-state method, is able to measure 30 cm x 30 cm samples, thickness ranging from a few millimeters to 10 (20)cm. All testing functions automatically; Motor control of the plate movement; Measurement set up and run very fast; Sample sandwiched between two heat flux sensor test, fixed or adjustable temperature gradient. In a few minutes after stability of temperature and temperature gradient, using the embedded controller or external computer measured the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of the sample. Automatic upper plate move and sample thickness measurement, simplifies the test preparation. All test parameters and the correction data can be stored in the computer.
